1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and BV9999 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BV9999 website available at bv9999.cam and all associated services, games, and features provided thereon.

2 Definitions

3.4 Capacity to Contract

You confirm that you are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you. You further confirm that you are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using BV9999 Services.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Information

When registering a BV9999 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BV9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately upon account creation.

4.3 Unauthorised Access

You must notify BV9999 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. BV9999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. BV9999 will never request your password via email, chat, or any unsecured channel.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information up to date. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be communicated to support and may require re-verification under KYC procedures.

5 KYC Verification

BV9999 is required to verify the identity and age of all players under the terms of its operating licence and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawal requests are processed and may be required at other points during a player's account lifecycle.

5.1 Required Documents

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani players include:

• Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back;
• Valid Pakistani Passport — photo page;
• Proof of Address — where required, a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days;
• Selfie / Liveness Check — a photograph or short video holding your identity document, as directed in the verification portal.

5.2 Document Integrity

Submitted documents must be authentic, unaltered, and legible. Submitting edited, cropped, falsified, or otherwise manipulated documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, full forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5.3 Secure Submission

KYC documents must be uploaded exclusively through BV9999's verified HTTPS verification portal. Do not submit documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or any unsecured communication channel. BV9999 will never request document submission through social media.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

7.1 General Bonus Terms

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed by the player and accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds format, and market — before confirmation. BV9999 will not reverse confirmed bets except where an error attributable solely to BV9999's systems has occurred.

8.2 Odds Display

BV9999 displays odds in decimal format across all markets. The displayed odds represent the total return per unit staked, including the return of the original stake. For example, odds of 2.50 on a PKR 1,000 stake return a total of PKR 2,500 if successful. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation; clear and manifest pricing error by the operator; technical fault affecting bet integrity; or where the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake amount to the player's account.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to additional rules relating to connection interruptions, late bets received after event conclusion, and market suspension during key events. Players accept that in-play odds and market availability can change in real time and that BV9999's determination of live event results is final.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BV9999 platform:

• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering or financial fraud;

BV9999 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account, withhold funds pending investigation, and pursue all legal remedies available where prohibited activities are identified.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the BV9999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of BV9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the BV9999 platform without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BV9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service interruptions outside BV9999's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gambling

• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period;

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by BV9999

BV9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraud, AML concerns, or prohibited activities are suspected, or where required by regulatory obligation. During a suspension, access to account funds may be frozen pending investigation.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting BV9999 support via the in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed in accordance with these Terms. Real-money balances remaining after account closure will be returned to the player subject to KYC completion and applicable minimum withdrawal conditions.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

BV9999 aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable licensing jurisdiction. This clause does not restrict any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction.
